Your group can enjoy afternoon tea at the historic Meredith
House where you will be surrounded by sights and sounds of the past.
You will enjoy homemade delights served to you by costumed docents.
Meredith House is a Georgian style home that was built
circa 1760. It is the only historic home in Dorchester County that
is operated as a museum. The home displays period furniture, portraits,
china, silver, toys, and other items.

La Grange Plantation includes the Neild Museum which tells
the story of agriculture and farm life in Dorchester County. The
Robbins Heritage Center is also located on campus and showcases more of
Dorchester’s history and industry. There are two other buildings
on the property- the Goldsborough Stable and the Stronghouse- both full
of exhibits.
